O'Begley Straight Bourbon Whisky is created from the hard work of countless local artisans. Western New York Farmers who take pride in the quality and flavor of their grain are the exclusive growers of our NYS corn. All of our corn undergoes a traditional floor malting process where it is exposed to a very cool and long germination phase. The corn is then deliberately kiln dried with hickory smoke at very low temperatures to preserve the delicate enzyme package. This bourbon is crafted from an 80/20 blend of NYS Malted Corn and raw NYS rye. Distillation of the spirit is done to the highest standards to display all of the natural and unique terroir of Western New York
